Standard fees:

Fees are based off of annual household income.  If you do not have insurance or would prefer to pay for services out of pocket, I will work with you to develop a customized fee to fit your needs.    Please contact the office to discuss the income based fee scale.

I am currently in the process of obtaining contracts with many insurance companies.  Please contact me to see if I accept your insurance.  

Cancellations:

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make your appointment. If you miss your appointment and fail to notify us, we will bill you for the full cost of the session.
