Peace of Mind Therapy Services provides several convenient options for how you can receive your mental health treatment.  You can come into the office to experience traditional in-person therapy, you can connect with your therapist virtually through teleconference (like FaceTime or Skype), you can chat with your therapist over the phone, or you can choose to do a variation of all three.

More than just a listening ear, I’m here to help you discover a new perspective, identify the source of the challenges you’re facing, and equip you with the resources you need to overcome. Beyond developing a healthier mind, we’ll assess your overall well-being, including physical and emotional wellness. Together, we can work towards a healthier, happier you!

Therapeutic Approaches

There are countless therapeutic approaches out there to help manage a vast array of different issues and concerns.  I classify myself as an Integrative Therapist.  Integrative Therapy is an approach that utilizes many different types of psychotherapy approaches and interventions.  The theory behind it is that every person is unique and not all approaches will be suitable for everyone.  I work closely with individuals to identify the most appropriate and effective interventions and approaches to fit their specific needs and unique selves.  In my experience,  I have found that these 6 approaches tend to be utilized the most and are very effective in combination with one another  (click on the link to find out more):

  1. Person Centered Therapy
  2. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  3. Strengths Based
  4. Holistic Approach
  5. Mindfulness
  6. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

If you are interested in a specific therapeutic approach that you do not see listed above, shoot me a message.  I have experience with many approaches.  I also might be able to help refer you to someone who can help.
